Shipping & Returns

Shipping policy

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping is free for U.S. orders and $15 flat per order for Canada. The final shipping charge and applicable taxes appear in the secure Square checkout.

For United States orders, USPS Priority Mail will be used. Orders are securely packaged to ensure safe arrival. Orders will be shipped between 5–7 business days from when the order is placed. We will communicate with you if we anticipate any undue delays.

Return & exchange policy

If you wish to return or exchange all or part of your order, please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving your order. In your email, specify your order number and the reason for your request. We will make arrangements for the exchange or return and refund. Refunds and exchanges will only be honored upon confirmed receipt of the returned original items. Returned items must be in the same good original condition as they were sent.

The customer is responsible for return shipping and must use a tracked service. If you request an exchange, it will be shipped at no additional expense. Refunds and exchanges will not be issued beyond 30 days from the original order date.
